Oz Perkins lays new bread crumbs for the trailer of ‘GRETEL & HANSEL’

From the director of “The Blackcoat’s Daughter” and “I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House”, indie filmmaker, Oz Perkins returns with a darker version of a fairytale classic, “Gretel & Hansel”.

This version of Brothers Grimm fairy tale “Hansel and Gretel” stars the breakout teen actress from “IT”, Sophia Lillis. Who plays Gretel, a young lady, alongside her younger brother Hansel, played by Sam Leakey. Both will venture off into the dark woods for food and work only to meet their possible demise by the hands of an evil witch played by Alice Krige. The film will open Jan. 31, 2020
